Event Management Internship

Peekaboo is a unique multilingual, international Daycare, but above that, we also organise kids birthday parties and we launched an exciting Family Club. We exist to bring together families, loved ones, friends, ... Our Family Club covers classes and camps for children from 10 months - 6 years, individually for the kids and together with their families. We also organise events for adults: no kids allowed. We are looking for students who are creative, independent and who's passion is to create the most amazing events in the city. 
Tasks
  • Assist with day-to-day event operations and event planning
  • Supporting in designing children-focused events and implementing them from scratch
  • Proposing new events ideas
  • Communicating about the event and promoting it
  • Decorating the event space (kids-focused)
  • Welcoming participants during the event and hosting them
  • Assist with drafting surveys and collecting and analyzing responses
Requirements
  • High level of English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Studying Event Management or related
  • Available for minimum 8 weeks, 25 hours/week.
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Creative with decorating
  • Positive attitude and eye for details
  • Affinity with children
  • Flexible, dynamic and high energy.
